Popular content creator Gilmore has recently stated that Nigerian content creating industry help each other more than music industry.
He thinks that the major success that Nigerian content providers are having can be attributed to this mutual support.
The creator of the comedy also underlined the importance of social media to their success, pointing out that people now watch more information on their phones than on television.
During a recent Hip TV interview, Gilmore stated:
“Content creators enjoy massive success because it [the content-creating industry] is more supportive than the music industry.
“This is 2024; everybody is on their phone. People no longer watch TV. You can make money off social media.”
He disclosed that afrobeats singer Ayra Starr is his ideal woman while Niniola was his childhood crush.
