Davido reacts to Peruzzi’s lawsuit against influencer who created illicit tweet against him

Popular afrobeat singer Davido has responded to his former signee, Peruzzi’s legal action against a social media influencer.

The influencer known as “Baddy of Lassu” allegedly faked posts by Peruzzi criticising Davido for his lack of gratitude and asserting that Davido had cut him off because of his infidelity to Chioma.

But on Wednesday, Peruzzi vowed to sue the user for allegedly putting him in the picture.

Following the threat, the influencer on Thursday tendered a public apology and took responsibility for the fabricated post.

In response, Peruzzi didn’t accept his apology, insisting on his decision to pursue legal action.

Weighing into it, Davido concurred that the influencer should be locked in jail and the keys be thrown away.

Davido wrote, “Throw away the keys.”
