Famed Disc Jockey Florence Otedola, also known as DJ Cuppy, expresses delight after securing a partnership with the global aviation company, British Airways.
The internet sensation, who recently marked her birthday, is excited about the possibilities the New Year holds.
Taking to Instagram, DJ Cuppy shared that as a part of her collaboration with the airline, her playlists will now be accessible to travelers.
“Excited to share that I’ve teamed up with @British_Airways. I’m bringing BOOMING BEATS to flyers in the sky. Anyone travelling LONG HAUL can listen to my exclusive playlist, so check it out!,” she wrote.
British Airways officially revealed the collaboration, stating on their official platform: ‘British Airways is introducing the Afrobeats of Nigerian-born musician, Cuppy, to passengers with an exclusive playlist accessible onboard starting November 1. London-based Cuppy, whose DJ talent has led her to more than 30 countries worldwide, has curated her favorite tracks for the airline’s inflight entertainment system.’
“To celebrate the increase in the number of flights between Africa and London with the launch of British Airways’ new route from Accra to London Gatwick – in addition to its daily services to London Heathrow -Cuppy has created a playlist that transports travellers to a far-away paradise before their flight has even touched down.”
