Nigerian musician Adekunle Kosoko, better known by his stage name Adekunle Gold, has achieved a major milestone in his career by celebrating ten years of achievement.

He discussed his experience on his Instagram feed, emphasising the value of faith, development, and tenacity.

Adekunle Gold recalled a difficult period in his life when he struggled to make sense of things after losing his job and feeling uninformed.

He claimed that he decided to pursue music at that time, a decision that would ultimately have a significant influence on his life.

Adekunle Gold gave advice to young people who wanted to become artists, emphasising the importance of beginning small, having bravery, and taking the first step in achieving one’s goals.

He said:

“10 years!

A journey of faith, growth, and hard work.

In 2014, I wrote Sade at one of my lowest moments. I had just lost my job, and life felt uncertain. But I made a choice to give music everything I had.

That choice changed my life.

If you have a dream, believe in it. Work for it. Start small, start scared, but just start.

Don’t let fear stop you. Keep growing, keep trying, and keep believing.

Your journey is yours to own.

Do it afraid, and do it with all your heart.

Thank you BFF for your unwavering love for me.

All my love.”
