Actress Foluke Daramola’s husband, Kayode Salako, has shared details on the paternity of his child with a different woman.
Kayode and Oluwafunke Oyegoke-Salako are parents to a child named Murewa.
Salako explained that Foluke was completely aware of and supportive of his plan to conceive a kid with Oluwafunke in a recent Facebook post.
He said that despite being married for more than 13 years, they are not biological parents. He added that his other grown children now reside overseas with their mother.
“It took me 3 years of begging Foluke Daramola-Salako, my wife, to allow me have at least one, or two children here in Nigeria, for the security of my old age, since I am not impotent,” the post reads in part.
“I am already above 50, and I don’t want to be 70 years, and still continue to live alone, without children around me.
“I have been married and living with her for over 13 years now, but God has not given us our own love child yet. She saw reason with me after a while, and said you can go ahead.”
Salako also disclosed that the actress treats Murewa like her own son and maintains a cordial relationship with the boy’s mother while referring to them as “bosom sisters”.
“Murewa Omowonuola (Ayinde) Salako is the product of that understanding,” he added.
“Oluwafunke Oyegoke-Salako from Ogbomosho, is that woman Nigerian bloggers have been talking about since last year on social media, and Oluwamurewa is the boy she has had for us.
“Foluke treats him like her son. Foluke and Funke are doing well together as buxom sisters.”
