Fuji singer Taye Currency allegedly collapses in UK

The renowned Fuji virtuoso Taye Adebisi, who was known by his stage name Taye Currency, is rumoured to have experienced a dramatic breakdown while travelling in the United Kingdom.

Seun Oloketuyi, the host of the Best of Nollywood awards, revealed this shocking discovery on Wednesday. She used Instagram, a popular social media network, to share the upsetting news with the world.

He claimed that the well-known musician was receiving treatment at a UK hospital right now.

Oleketuyi wrote, “Reports say @taiye_currency77 collapsed in UK and is presently in admission in the hospital.”

In other news, Nigerian Fuji artist King Wasiu Ayinde, also referred to as Kwam1 or K1 De Ultimate, recently addressed claims that he mistreated and treated his employees like slaves.

In a recent interview, Kunle Ayanlowo, the former drummer for Kwam1, stated that he had worked with the Fuji icon for 32 years and that there had been a history of alleged harassment and abuse.

Additionally, Kunle said that Kwam1 had taken the band members’ passports while they were travelling abroad, leaving them defenceless and under his control for unknown reasons.

The ex-drummer went on to describe other upsetting events, such as being told to go back home when travelling to the hospital for emergency care.

In response to the accusation, the musician asked Kunle to stop spreading lies in a video that was posted on his Instagram page.

He emphasised his contribution to Kunle’s ascent from obscurity and conveyed his displeasure at what he saw as an effort to damage his reputation.
