American-based German singer, Kim Petras has cancelled all her festival performances this summer.
The Grammy winner claimed that she made the choice based on medical advice.
She explained that she is going “through some health issues” but didn’t disclose the ailment.
She wrote on her social media platforms on Wednesday:
“My buns, I’m devastated to be writing this but I’m going through some health issues and under medical advice I had to make the hard decision to not perform at festivals this summer.”
The singer promised to be “back better than ever very soon.”

Petras had several festivals this summer planned, including Capitol Hill Block Party in Seattle, Washington; Primavera Sound in Barcelona, Spain; Mighty Hoopla in London, England; and Primavera Porto in Porto, Portugal.
Last week, Petras was revealed as the main attraction for LadyLand 2024, the yearly Pride festival organised by New York nightlife aficionado Ladyfag.
