Give me credit for ‘no gree for anybody’ slogan, I created it – Nollywood actor tells Nigerians

Renowned Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has shared the story of how he originated the now widely popular and trending New Year slogan, ‘No gree for anybody.’

The actor, who has been under public scrutiny recently due to marital issues, verified that he introduced the viral slogan at the beginning of the year.

He asserted that he deserves credit for the slogan, citing investigations that traced it back to a post he shared on Instagram and Facebook on December 29, 2023.

“People have been telling me that it was Yul Edochie who started the slogan ‘NO GREE FOR ANYBODY’. They said it came from a post I made on 29th of December, 2023 on Instagram and Facebook, from there it went viral.

“I have investigated the matter. It seems to be true oo. So make una dey give me my credit oo,” he wrote.
