Hardship: Charly Boy urges Odumeje to use his power to support Nigeria

Entertainer Charles Oputa, also referred to as Charly Boy, has urged Pastor Chukwuemeka Cyril Ohanaemere (Odumeje) to use his power to help Nigeria through these difficult times.

Charly Boy voiced concern about the nation’s economic difficulties as well as the widespread hunger that many people are experiencing.

This appeal coincides with the Federal Government of Nigeria, led by President Bola Tinubu, announcing initiatives to combat food insecurity in the country.

To help ease the situation, Abubakar Kyari, Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, announced a 150-Day Duty-Free Import Window for vital food commodities such as cowpeas, husked brown rice, wheat, and maize.

In a recent message on X, Charly Boy requested Odumeje’s intervention, acknowledging the country’s desperate need for help.

He highlighted the plight of ordinary Nigerians, emphasizing that the hunger and economic struggles are not felt by everyone, particularly the rich.

Charly Boy wrote:

“We ask for your power in this desperate time of need.

“Abeg no mind Dangote, he get plenty money oo, this hunger no dey reach him side that’s why E no understand say E go humble before the Indabosky #Naijamatter.”

In a different story, Charly Boy declared that the murder attempt on Donald Trump, the former US President and Republican Party candidate in the next election, “doesn’t add up.”

He claimed that the assassination attempt smelled like a set-up orchestrated by Trump’s MAGA (Make America Great Again) organisation.

Two people have reportedly died as a result of shootings at Trump’s Pennsylvania rally; security personnel reportedly hurried the wounded former president off stage. This information is reported by the Associated Press.

Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, was named by the FBI as the “subject involved” in the Trump assassination attempt.

Charly Boy responded on Sunday via his X handle, declaring that he had no faith in Trump.

He called on America to look into the matter in great detail.

“America Wonder,” he wrote. Something about this whole Trump assassination idea doesn’t make up to me; it all seems like a Maga setup.
