Hardship: “Things are getting out of hand” – Actor Saidi Balogun cries out

Nollywood actor Saidi Balogun has expressed his concern over Nigeria’s current economic hardship.

The Yoruba actor, who was a fervent supporter of Tinubu in the 2023 presidential election, asked for clarification on steps taken to lessen the effects of inflation in a post on his Instagram page. He also questioned the existence and efficacy of price control and regulatory agencies in the nation.

The actor says that the issue is already out of control and emphasises the necessity for action to address how rising prices are affecting people and companies in the nation.

He wrote:

“Do we have a functional price control or piece regulatory agency in Nigeria?

How do we cushion the effects of inflation?

Because things are getting out of hand” he wrote
