The Big Brother Naija reality show presenter Ebuka Obi-Uchendu’s wife, Cynthia, has disclosed that she desires a boy for her third child.
Remember that in February 2016, Cynthia and Ebuka tied the knot, and the couple is blessed with two daughters, Jeweluchi and Irubinachi.
Cynthia Obi-Uchendu stated in an interview on Mum’s Next Door podcast that she would want to have a boy.
When questioned about her desire to become pregnant again, she responded,
“Yes, I definitely want one more child. I have 2 girls now so my prayers will be to have a boy.”
Responding to the host who asked if Ebuka also wants another child, she replied:
“It is my decision. Not Ebuka’s decision.
“My husband actually wanted just one child because he wants to be able to give the child the best.
“He said school fees, everything is so expensive so one is fine. But now, he is obsessed with our children and I’m sure if we have the third he will equally be obsessed.”
Recall that, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu opened up regarding his struggle with three health scares and surgery in 2023.
Despite health problems during the year, Big Brother Naija host and former housemate stated he concluded the previous year in surgery.
Although Ebuka Obi Uchendu did not disclose the reason for his subsequent surgery, he stated that his current emphasis is on “fixing” his body by 2024.
Sharing photos to accompany his post on his X handle, Ebuka Obi Uchendu wrote:
“[I] Had 3 health scares in 2023 and ended the year in surgery… Fixing the body in 2024.”
