Former Big Brother Naija star, Adekunle Olapade, has claimed that he was recently “abducted” by operatives of the Nigerian Police Force and detained for about eight hours.
Sharing his experience on social media, the Lagos-based reality TV personality alleged that he was physically assaulted and placed in handcuffs during the encounter.
He claimed that the outcome of his experience could have been different but for divine intervention.
He, however, did not reveal what led to his alleged abduction.
“What a night! [I was] kidnapped, harassed and handcuffed by the Nigerian Police Force in the last 8 hours. This story could have been a completely different one, and no one would have known. But gory be to God, I’m alive today,” he wrote.
Meanwhile, the police are yet to react to his allegations.
