Nigerian actress and wife of singer 2Baba, Annie Idibia, disclosed that she just lost her pregnancy.
Annie revealed she miscarried last year while expecting twins in a recent episode of the reality TV show “Young, Famous and African.”
The 40-year-old claimed that losing the pregnancy was “hard” for her, even though she already had two kids.
Annie added that she found it difficult to talk to others about her grief since she felt uncomfortable doing so. She went on to say that the miscarriage was only known to her mother and spouse.
“The whole of last year, even in the group, I was not coming out enough. I was pregnant with twins but I had a miscarriage,” she said.
“I wish I had someone in this group to tell me I’m pregnant. I would be having a baby, and then we lost that. It was hard.
“I was not even sure if I could even share this with any of my friends. It is only Innocent and my mom that knew about it.”
‘Young, Famous, and African’ season 3 premiered on Netflix on January 17.
Annie has been part of the reality show’s cast for three consecutive seasons.
The show, which debuted on March 18, 2022, follows the tale of a group of young, affluent, and famous.
