American singer Solána Imani Rowe, widely known as SZA, has declared that she will never pursue a romantic relationship again, describing such relationships as “a disease.”
In a statement posted on her X account on Thursday, SZA committed to staying single for the rest of her life.
“I never wanna be romantically interested in a human being ever again in my entire life . That sh*t is a disease,” she wrote.
SZA has been the subject of rumors regarding her romantic relationships, including speculations about an involvement with rapper Travis Scott and a rumored relationship with her colleague, Kehlani.
While Kehlani later confirmed her sexuality as lesbian following their rumored romance, SZA has not publicly addressed her own sexuality.
In a rare disclosure, SZA mentioned in a 2020 tweet that she and rapper Drake had a brief relationship in 2009.
