The Nigerian singer, Oluwatosin ‘Mr Eazi’ Ajibade, has debunked reports suggesting that he and his wife, Temi Otedola, have welcomed their first child.
The speculation began after an X user, identified as Kolaqhazim, shared a series of photos online, including an image of the couple, another showing Temi holding a baby, and a close-up shot of a newborn.
The user alleged that the couple had become first-time parents, describing the child as a “healthy girl” and congratulating them on entering a “new chapter”.
“Finally!!! Temi Otedola and Mr Eazi have reportedly welcomed their first child — a healthy baby girl after an eight-year relationship,” the post read.
“Congratulations to Temi and Mr Eazi on this new chapter. God is truly great, and this blessing is worth celebrating.”
Responding on X, the ‘Leg Over’ crooner dismissed the claim in a lighthearted manner, jokingly questioning whether his wife was even aware of the supposed development.
“Is Temi aware of this?” he wrote.
Mr Eazi and Temi Otedola began their relationship in 2017 and got engaged in April 2023.
They later sealed their six-year romance with an extravagant three-part wedding held across Monaco, Dubai and Iceland, reportedly costing around $15 million.
However, the singer recently hinted that the celebrations may not be over yet, teasing another ceremony when he said, “and we have one more to go”.
