Actress Iyabo Ojo has denied reports claiming she was arrested by the Nigerian police, describing the allegations as fake news.
During a TikTok live session, she clarified the situation to her fans, saying that the widely circulated wanted posters online are misleading and created merely to attract attention.
Iyabo Ojo voiced her displeasure, accusing those behind the rumours of spreading false stories just to gain popularity and make money.
She stated that these actions will have negative consequences for those involved.
She said: “To you all rumour mongers that spread fake news about me, it shall not be well with you. Who did they arrest? Your fake news always make my fans worried and they will start calling to check on me.
“You love to mention my name in order to pull traffic on your page and make money. You are heaping curs£s on your head because I am a special being. Anyone that wishes me bad, it will go back to the sender.”
