Former Big Brother Naija contestant Tuoyo Ideh has raised concern about the growing prevalence of prostitution and hookups in society.
According to his Instagram account, he feels that many people would experience loneliness, sadness, and melancholy as a result of this situation.
Tuoyo expressed his concerns, claiming that the normalisation of paid s3x prevents people from seeking true emotional ties and marriages.
He argued that paying for s3x removes emotional attachment, making it challenging for individuals to build genuine relationships.
Tuoyo also condemned the rise in underage prostitution, highlighting the alarming rate at which young girls, some below 18, are engaging in the act and eventually giving birth to children they cannot care for.
Tuoyo stressed that if this trend continues, many people will never get married, and it will have a detrimental impact on the world.
He wrote: “If we continue to let prostitution and runs thrive in our community, many of us will never get married and we will ruin the world we leave in, many of you are used to paying for sex in which emotions are never involved, you all gon end up lonely, sad, and depressed.
“It has become so bad that even girls under 18 have started doing this , then you end up giving birth to children you can’t take care of , Prostitution (Runs) has made so many girls lazy that they don’t even plan to work again and you all want Respect”.
