Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has advised men against holding grudges against their wives, no matter the situation in their marriage.

In a post on X, he said that even when a wife is wrong, husbands should avoid keeping malice and instead address issues through calm discussion.

“Men, don’t keep malice with your wife. You’re the head of your home,” he wrote.

He added that open communication is key to resolving marital misunderstandings, noting that problems are better handled through direct conversation.

“No matter what your wife does to you, have a one-on-one conversation with her about it, tell her your mind and iron things out. It might be her fault, or she could be reacting to something you did to her.

“You can only find out when you communicate. Weak men avoid difficult conversations. Real men discuss issues no matter how tough they are.

“Communication is highly essential in marriage.”

Edochie, known for his controversial takes on relationships, has often shared advice on marriage and dating, including calling for men to leave relationships where they feel disrespected and suggesting women take initiative in proposing if relationships stall.

The actor’s latest comment comes amid ongoing public discussions around his personal life and previous marital controversies.
