Grammy winning  South African singer Tyla revealed her ideas about the characteristics of the perfect man, highlighting the traits that really appeal to her in a man.

Tyla said that a domineering male is her biggest turn-on.

She said that she is attracted to those who are confident and in control and that she finds strength and assertiveness fascinating.

According to Tyla, she doesn’t enjoy extreme humour and that males who laugh all the time are the biggest turn-off for her.

She highlighted that while she enjoys a good laugh, there’s a limit , adding that the moment humor crosses into fails to recognize seriousness, it becomes an irritant for her.

Speaking in a recent interview with Capital Xtra, London, Tyla said: “My biggest turn on is a dominant man. And my biggest turn off is guys that are funny all the time. I like funny guys but when they don’t know when to be serious it irritates me.”

In another interview, Tyla revealed why she can’t be with a man who clubs South.

The singer recently stated in an interview with Power 96.5 FM in Miami that she would rather be with a man who enjoys playing video games than a man who goes out to clubs.

Tyla says she is single and that’s because she wants to focus on her music career when people ask her about her romantic status.

The interviewer posed the following question:

“Would you rather have a boyfriend who plays video games a lot or a boyfriend who is always in the club?”

Tyla replied:

“Video games all day. A club guy? No! What the hell?

“I would rather have a boyfriend who plays video games than a boyfriend who is at the club every weekend. At least, I know the guy who plays video games will always be home with me. I also love being at home.”

Regarding why she is single, she stated:

“Yes, I am single. I’m not playing with all of that right now. I am focusing on the prize.”
