BBNaija reality TV personality Mercy Eke has spoken up about the specifics of her relationships, particularly those involving financial support.
Mercy Eke disclosed that she receives an allowance from her partner, which she utilises to help with household costs, such as employee salaries.
She made it clear that her partner came up with this plan to help her with some of her tasks rather than her.
During a recent “Love Is A Game” episode, she stated:
“My guy [partner] pays me an allowance. But it’s not that I mandated him to do that. I have about six domestic workers. So the allowance is just to assist me to pay my staff.
“I didn’t tell him to pay my staff’s salaries. He’s doing it on his own to reduce my responsibilities. Because of that, I always want to do things for him too.”
Mercy’s personal life has been subject to public interest, with her current partner remaining unidentified.
Her previous relationships include one with Ike Onyeama, and rumored connections with Pere Egbi, which they both denied.
Mercy Eke also revealed why she got a BBL.
According to Mercy, she succumbed to peer pressure in 2018, when the trend was popular among her friends.
Mercy admitted that she was initially hesitant and fearful about undergoing the procedure, but ultimately went through with it alongside her two friends.
She described the post-operative experience as painful, involving discomfort and restricted movement for several days.
Despite the challenges, Mercy believes that the procedures were worth it.
She also clarified that she has only had fillers done on her lips, debunking rumors of facial surgery.
