In the post she made on Instagram to celebrate her win, Nancy Isime wrote:

“AFRICA RISING STAR ✨

In order to achieve world dominance, one must first dominate their roots.

One step at a time, One day at a time, One Intentional Seed at a time.

Soon, the Global Stage will be home to Us star

Proudly Nigerian, Proudly African 👑; Thank you @ikonawards, Thank you Uganda ❤️

God remains the Greatest 🙏”

Nancy Isime has dedicated a great deal of time and effort to honing her skill over her nearly ten years in the industry. She received an honour at the NAACP Awards recently, sharing the pioneer award with actor Kunle Remi.

Apart from acting, Nancy Isime also works as a host, and has hosted a lot of award shows, including the Ikon Awards in Uganda. She also has her own TV show, where she hosts celebrities and they discuss various topics.
