Renowned American rapper Nicki Minaj has suggested the potential extension of her world tour to Nigeria.
The “Queen of Rap” conveyed that she would contemplate adding Nigeria to her global tour if there is significant fan interest. This consideration arose when a Nigerian fan expressed disappointment at the omission of Africa from the recently revealed world tour venues.
Sharing screenshots of the tour venues in other continents, the fan with the X handle @RamatVictory wrote: “Once again, African barbz (Nick Minaj’s fans) bite dust. Oh well.”
Nicki Minaj’s verified X handle replied, “Abeg, sign up where it says (if you don’t see your city) so that when I get to Africa, your city/country will be there.”
Elated by the response, the fan wrote under Nicki’s comment: “Abeg no vex Nicki, I no go complain again. Oya Naija barbz, make una go sign up sharp, sharp.”
Nicki Minaj then wrote: “Naija no de carry last.”
