Popular actor and producer, Azeez Ijaduade, has been released from the hospital after a close brush with death resulting from being struck by a bullet fired by a reckless police officer in the Iperu area of Ogun State.
Last week, a critical incident unfolded where a single bullet not only pierced the metal of Azeez Ijaduade’s car but also struck his neck, resulting in a struggle for breath and survival.
Documenting the harrowing experience with a video tracing the bullet’s trajectory through his car, the producer expressed profound gratitude to God for what he described as an indescribable intervention.
In the aftermath, he found himself in a state of shock, unable to comprehend how the incident transpired on that fateful day. Ijaduade acknowledged the overwhelming outpouring of love and support from fans and well-wishers, both in Nigeria and abroad.
He credited these gestures for helping him navigate through the challenging period and the alarming circumstances toward his recovery.
Particularly, the actor expressed appreciation for the unwavering support received from the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) and media entities.
He revealed that he will always remain thankful to those who stood by him during the challenging period.
