Nollywood Veteran, Chiwetalu Agu, has ignited a frenzy with a viral Interview recounting his intriguing encounter with Nigerian tycoon and business mogul, Mike Adenuga.

In a captivating discussion with media guru Chude Jideonwo, Chiwetalu spilled the beans, revealing his audacious decision to reject a jaw-dropping N10 million offer from Adenuga, all for a part in a movie.

In a revelation that turned heads, the actor disclosed that he hadn’t even hit the one-million-naira mark at that point. Yet, undeterred, he resolutely held firm and demanded an impressive N20 million instead.

According to Chiwetalu, he managed to persuade Adenuga to agree to the N20 million by adopting a strategy where he acted uninterested in the deal and even indicated a willingness to walk away.

Chiwetalu Agu said:

“I pretend to rise up and said, ‘give me money to go back to Enugu. If there’s any available flight, book it for me let me just quietly go back.

“They regarded me to now being serious when I rose up. Chief Mike Adenuga said ‘sit down.

He ordered them to bring documents for signing. They brought and I signed.”

Chiwetalu revealed he made some Uhuru dance moves right in the office.

“I didn’t want them to know that N20m was a big deal [to me]. But it was the most wonderful thing at the moment,” he added.
