Ewaoluwa Olatunji, also known as Ewa Cole, and hailed as the Queen of Afro-Solk, has achieved a new Guinness World Record for the longest continuous singing of a Christmas song marathon.

The Guinness World Records officially bestowed the title on Thursday through its official account. Ewa, a 29-year-old hailing from Lagos, Nigeria, accomplished an extraordinary feat by singing continuously for 31 hours from December 27 to 28, 2023, thereby becoming the inaugural record holder for this achievement.

Throughout the record attempt, she rendered classic Christmas melodies such as “Deck the Halls,” “Frosty the Snowman,” and “Silent Night,” ensuring that no song was repeated within a one-hour timeframe.

Ewa was granted a five-minute break after each consecutive hour of singing, allowing her to eat, rest, or use the bathroom.
