The 2025 Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) Cultural Day was a lively celebration of African history, with Big Brother Naija stars Liquorose and Prince Nelson Enwerem taking the spotlight.
The pair earned the Best Dressed Female and Male titles, respectively, after impressing the crowd and judges with their exquisite traditional attire.
Prudent Atelier designed Liquorose’s beautiful dress, which had delicate beadwork, coral accents, and a theatrical headpiece that reflected Yoruba culture.
Prince, a former Mr. Nigeria, exuded regality in his intricately embroidered outfit, paying homage to Benin culture.
The winners each received a N1 million cash prize courtesy of Goldberg, the official sponsor of the fashion segment.
Other notable attendees, including Neo, Venita Akpofure, Saga, Yemi Cregx, and Uche Jombo, also made bold fashion statements on the red carpet, showcasing their unique interpretations of traditional African attire.
