Peter Obi has paid his final respects to the late Nollywood actor, Junior Pope Odonwodo.
Pope passed away in April following a boat accident on the River Niger in Asaba, Delta state.
He was laid to rest on Friday in Nsukka, Igbo-Etiti LGA in Enugu state, with a funeral service held at Saint Peter’s Catholic Church, Ukehe.
In a post on X, the Labour Party (LP) 2023 presidential candidate mentioned that he arrived in Enugu on Saturday morning.

Obi stated that he visited the actor’s family to “personally and sincerely condole” with them.
The former governor shared photos of himself dressed in all-black attire, accompanied by Kenneth Okonkwo, the actor-turned-politician.
