The estranged wife of singer Harrysong, Alexer Peres, has announced her decision to temporarily relinquish custody of their two young children following a recent court order.
In a video posted on Instagram, the entrepreneur appeared visibly distressed as she reacted to the legal outcome, accusing the musician of deliberately undermining her efforts at co-parenting.
“He comes to my house unannounced and harasses me everywhere. At this point, I am tired,” she said.
Alexer strongly criticised the court’s decision to award custody to Harrysong, questioning his availability and involvement as a parent.
“He is barely around. It’s his house helps that are usually around. He just want custody so he can feel like yes he has one,” she said.
She also alluded to certain allegations made against her in court filings, stating that she would respond to them at an appropriate time.
Despite her decision to step back for now, Alexer made it clear that she does not intend to permanently give up custody of her children.
“I would definitely come back for my children when the time is right. They are minors, they are just 4, and 3 years. Yet, he wants to take my kids to go and live with an house help since I rejected your offer for me to come back,” she said.
“I am not doing this because I am weak, I am doing this because I need to live. Since you said you can take care of them very well. Please, do. Nothing should happen to my children.”
Alexer and Harrysong’s marriage has been marked by controversy. The couple tied the knot in March 2021, but by January 2025, Alexer publicly declared herself a “free woman.”
Their marital troubles reportedly began in January 2024 after an alleged WhatsApp conversation between them surfaced online. Harrysong later confirmed that the couple was experiencing a serious marital crisis.
