Street-pop singer, Portable has launched a verbal attack on Fuji icon Saheed Osupa, ridiculing his physique and calling into doubt his importance in the music industry.
The Zazuu crooner’s outburst appears to be in response to reports that Osupa submitted one of his songs to Spotify and other streaming sites for copyright violation, which resulted in its removal.
Portable’s tirade has elicited mixed reactions from fans and fellow celebs, with many flocking to social media to denounce his words and express dissatisfaction with his behaviour.
Reacting to the development, Portable berated Osupa for not supporting his career, calling him a “big for nothing fellow”.
“Saheed Osupa, you are big for nothing. If you can’t embrace me, I will drag you. You sing Fuji while I sing hip hop. The same way I used a line from your music is the same way I removed three verses from Pasuma. But Pasuma never report my song. Keep your distance if you can’t embrace me like the way Pasuma abducted me like his own child. Osupa is a good man.”
