Portable’s baby mama, Honey Berry, claims the singer threatened her.
Berry accused Portable of neglecting their child Akorede Badmus after the highly publicised breakup between the former lovers in January 2023.
On Monday, Berry posted on Instagram a purported message that Portable sent, threatening to sue her for preventing him from seeing their baby.
The “Zazoo Zeh” singer stated in the post that he ceased to give financial assistance when Berry denied them access to their child.
“Bring my son before I make life tire you. Hope say you get lawyer. I no see my son 2 years now,” the post reads.
“I dey send food money before as you no bring my son how you go collect money again. Bring my son before I say make them dey look for you.”
Berry fired back, arguing that Portable had previously expressed disinterest in having a relationship with her and their son.
She warned Portable that he would be held responsible if anything happened to her or their child, and launched a scathing attack on the singer, labeling him a “deadbeat father.”
“I consider this a threat. You stated that you want nothing to do with me and my son. If you don’t want misfortune in your life, don’t ever threaten me,” she said.
“Everyone, if anything happens to me or my son, please hold Portable-aka the deadbeat father-responsible.
“If you go low, I will go lower. If you bring fire to my door, I will bring hell to yours. Even if you want a relationship with your son, you don’t pick and choose when you want to be a FATHER. Alaye come correct or you f**k off for life . Another thing don’t you fucking disrespect me again in your f**king life.
