Rapper Megan Thee Stallion sued for allegedly forcing cameraman to see sexual act

American rapper, Megan Pete, also known as Megan Thee Stallion, was recently charged of sexual harassment by her personal photographer, Emilio Garcia.

In a lawsuit submitted on Tuesday to the Los Angeles Superior Court, the photographer—who has been engaged to Megan since 2018—said that the hip-hop artist “forced” him to witness her performing a sexual act while driving.

“Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman,” Garcia’s attorney, Ron Zambrano stated.

Further allegations in the complaint include violations of employment standards, and derogatory comments about Garcia’s weight.

Garcia is seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages for what his lawyer describes as a clear case of “sexual harassment and fat-shaming”.

Meanwhile, Megan Thee Stallion has refuted the allegations.

In a statement, the rapper’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, emphasised that the main goal of the case was to obtain a financial settlement.

In his words:

“This is an employment claim for money—with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her.

“We will deal with this in court,” he added.

In a different story, Nicki Minaj has asserted that her fellow artist Megan Thee Stallion sought to exploit their situation with Tory Lanez, aiming for a scenario akin to “Rihanna and Chris Brown.”

It’s worth noting that Tory Lanez received a ten-year prison sentence after being convicted of assault with a semi-automatic firearm and two other felonies, a case initiated by Megan Thee Stallion for the 2020 shooting incident at Kylie Jenner’s residence.

During a recent X space session with her fans, Nicki Minaj expressed her belief that Megan Thee Stallion took legal action against Tory Lanez in pursuit of a “Rihanna moment.”
