Actor Rotimi Salami has spoken about the death of his friend and colleague, Allwell Ademola, describing it as “her time.”

Salami made the remarks during an interview on the Oyinmomo TV programme, explaining that cardiac arrest can occur suddenly and affect anyone, regardless of how careful they are about their health.

He noted that the late actress, who was asthmatic, always paid close attention to her well-being.

“I believe it was just her time. It’s simple – cardiac arrest can happen to anyone. Most people know she’s asthmatic, but she doesn’t joke with her health,” he said.

Allwell Ademola’s death was confirmed by colleagues on social media on December 27, after which a service of songs and burial ceremony were held in January.

Friends and colleagues in the film industry later paid tribute to the late actress, celebrating her contributions and legacy.
