Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie on Monday, shared a video of his dad and veteran actor, Pete Edochie and Judy Austin — shortly after his dad said he was unaware of his second marriage.
In April 2022, Yul unveiled Judy as his second wife. He also announced their first child together — to the displeasure of May Edochie, his first wife.
Pete, in a chat published on Saturday by Chude Jideonwo, the media personality, said he was surprised to hear about Yul’s marriage to Judy.
The veteran actor said his son did not inform him before marrying a second wife.
He also described May as a “wonderful and brilliant person” who should be “acknowledged for the success of their home”.
Yul, however, took to his Facebook page to share a video of his second wife kneeling before Pete — in an apparent attempt to counter his dad’s claim.
In the footage — which appeared to be from a movie set — a visibly pregnant Judy is seen discussing with Pete.
In the post’s caption, Yul argued that many people are not aware of the “real story”. The actor added that he will share his side of the story soon.
“Many people do not know the real story. The new story will come out soon,” he wrote.
“Chief Pete Edochie, Judy Austin, Yul Edochie. This is how it all started.”
May recently filed for divorce from Yul.
