‘She’s alive and healthy’ – KS1 Malaika debunks rumour of his mother’s death

Fuji musician Sulaimon Adekunle, popularly known as KS1 Malaika, has denied his mother’s death after it went viral on social media.

On Monday, September 2, 2024, his brother, musician Azeez Malaika, shared the news of his mother’s passing on his Instagram page.

He added, sounding dejected, that he had no idea his mother would leaving without saying goodbye.

Furthermore, she departed during his presence. He said that God cannot be questioned and wished his mother a calm and eternal rest.

Several entertainers including Mistura Asunramu, Desola Afod, and Olayinka Solomon, among others, have sent their condolences.

Several people naturally assumed Azeez and Sulaimon shared the same mother and they also sent condolences to the Fuji singer.

However, he revealed that his mother was still alive, well, and healthy. KS1 Malaika also said he and Azeez might be bound by blood, but they don’t share the same mother. He wrote:

My mother is Alive well and healthy.
