The former Fox Corporation chairman, Rupert Murdoch, has tied the knot for the fifith time to Elena Zhukova.
According to some local US media reports, the media executive held a “secretive ceremony” with 67-year-old retired molecular researcher Zhukova.
It was reported that the wedding took place on Saturday at his California residence, Bel Air.
About three months have passed since the 93-year-old media mogul revealed his engagement to Zhukova.
Rumour had it that Murdoch got to know the scientist at a get-together for family members thrown by Wendi Deng, his third ex-wife.
Prior to divorcing Deng in 2013, Murdoch and Deng were wed for 14 years.
Murdoch declared his engagement to former police chaplain Ann Lesley Smith in March 2023.
However, he called off his two-week engagement to Smith four months before he began seeing Zhukova.
Murdoch has six children from his four previous marriages.
Jerry Hall, a former supermodel, was his last spouse; the two parted ways in 2022.
Patricia Booker, Anna Mann, and Wendi Deng are his previous ex-wives.
The media executive left his position as Fox and News Corporation chairman in September 2023.
Through News Corp, founded in 2013, Murdoch remains the owner of hundreds of local, national, and international media outlets.
Zhukova, on the other hand, was previously married to Russian oil billionaire Alexander Zhukov.
Her daughter, Dasha, was previously married to Roman Abramovich, a Russian oligarch and former owner of the Chelsea football club.
