[VIDEO] Billionaire King Ochacho gifts Peller, Jarvis ₦400m mansion at traditional wedding

Popular billionaire real estate entrepreneur King Ochacho has presented content creator Peller and his wife, Jarvis, with a mansion valued at ₦400 million during their traditional wedding ceremony.

The surprise presentation took place before guests at the event, with the businessman explaining that the gift was in recognition of Peller’s positive influence on young people.

King Ochacho revealed that he and his family travelled from Abuja to attend the ceremony. He said he later discussed with his children how they could celebrate the newlyweds in a meaningful way.

In his words, he said:

“My family and I left everything we were doing in Abuja to come through for Peller because he is an inspiration to this generation. So, because of that, I sat down with my children and asked them, ‘What can we do for Peller?’

They said, ‘Daddy, we want Peller to be staying close to Palace 7.’ They wanted him to live around that area, and I said, ‘Wow, the houses close to Palace 7 cost not less than ₦400 million. So, what do we do?’ They said, ‘Dad, Peller and Jarvis deserve the mansion.’

So, Peller, on behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house to you worth ₦400 million in Life Camp, Abuja.”

An emotional Peller expressed gratitude for the unexpected gesture, recalling that he first met King Ochacho at Soso’s wedding, where he casually invited him to his own wedding without expecting him to attend.

He said he never imagined the businessman would honour the invitation, let alone present him and his bride with such a remarkable gift.

The donation of the luxury property has generated widespread reactions on social media, with many Nigerians congratulating the newlyweds and commending King Ochacho for his generous wedding present.
