A well-known Nigerian artist, Eedris Abdulkareem, has alleged that his senior counterpart, Charly Boy, betrayed their friendship in pursuit of financial gain.
In a recently circulated video of his latest interview on the Honest Bunch podcast, Eedris described Charly Boy as: “a man who lacks integrity”.
Reflecting on his longstanding feud with 50 Cent, he mentioned that : “Charly boy is not a person of integrity, especially when it comes to money. He sold me out.”
According to report, 50 Cent visited Nigeria in 2004 with his crew for the ‘Star Mega Jams’ concert. However, the event became embroiled in intense controversies when a disagreement over a deal led to a fallout between 50 Cent and Eedris, ultimately resulting in the US rapper leaving Nigeria.
Just a few days ago, during an interview on the Honest Bunch podcast, Charly Boy asserted that he had organized a group of 3,000 bikers to head to the airport. The purpose was to confront 50 Cent, whom he accused of intimidating Eedris after receiving a distress call from the singer.
