The Yoruba actors Taiwo “Ogogo” Hassan and Yinka Quadri seem to have made up after years of enmity.
At Yomi Fabiyi’s birthday celebration and housewarming in Abeokuta, Ogun state, the actors put a stop to their years-long feud.
Actors such Baba Wande, Ladi Folarin, Iya Rainbow, Shola Kosoko, Toyosi Adesanya, and Peju Ajiboye were present at the star-studded event.
The chanter, Sulaiman Ajobiewe, asked the actors in the now-viral video to put the past behind them, regardless of who was at fault.
“I pray God’s mercy upon you both. Whatever the issue, let it end here. We cannot live without occasionally offending one another,” he chanted in Yoruba language.
“I implore you, in the name of God, embrace each other and let this be the end of it. I plead with you using my parents’ names to put this matter to rest. Let’s forgive and forget for the sake of God.”
The moment prominent Yoruba traditional chanter, Ajobiewe, reconciled Yinka Quadri (Kura) and Taiwo Hassan (Ogogo), at Yomi Fabiyi’s BIrthday Ceremony tonight.

A few moments later, Yinka sprayed money on the mediator, and Quadri and Hassan were seen hugging each other.
The performers used to be close friends. But many years ago, their friendship took a turn for the worse, and it’s still unclear what exactly went wrong.
When Quadri skipped Ogogo’s daughter’s naming and wedding, the division was made clear.
