‘We are tired’ – Do2dtun reacts to Davido, Wizkid long-term rivalry

On Air Personality Oladotun Ojuolape Kayode, also known as Do2dtun, has offered his opinion on the fight between Ayo Balogun better known by his stage name, Wizkid and David Adeleke, better known by his stage name, Davido.

Wizkid caused a commotion when he made fun of fellow musician Davido.

Davido was called a lacklustre man by Wizkid, who made it plain that he doesn’t hang out with “wack” artists.

Going a step further, he gave Davido a new name, “Frogido” while boldly claiming that no one could touch him “till infinity.”

Reacting to the ongoing feud, popular on-air personality Do2dtun voiced his frustration. He labeled the Wizkid-Davido feud as “the longest rivalry in the history of Nigerian entertainment” and expressed tiredness over the long-standing feud.

“We are tired!” Do2dtun exclaimed.

“Give or take, we are all going to wake up to good music. Trust me, even if they both drop [music], everyone still wins. We are all just going to fight on their behalf for no reason, still going to dance to it, and they bank it. No losses. I just wish this could end one day.”

In a similar story, Wizkid has revived his long-running feud with colleague, Davido, causing a heated debate among fans on social media.

Tuesday marked the beginning of the drama when Davido revealed his 2024 debut single. The artist disclosed that the song, which honours Nigeria’s 64th Independence Day, will be a blockbuster.

However, the ‘Ojuelegba’ hitmaker, who seemed unimpressed, took to his X page to write: “P***y boys dropping mid again,” adding, “Una don tire! Make una go rest small! 🦅”.

It was clear from Wizkid’s reply and subsequent tweets that Davido was the target of his messages.

Still unsatisfied, Wizkid dismissed Davido’s extensive discography as “trash,” arguing that his catalogue boasts superior songs.

He continued: “80 trash ! We got 80 albums for any song y’all drop! P***y boys! ❤️🦅.”
