Nigerian singer Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, also known as Skales, recently discussed his relationship with colleague Wizkid.
Skales spilt more after getting into a violent argument with an X user while promoting his forthcoming album, Martina’s Son.
At first, Skales said that he had assisted numerous people who had hired him to cheat on him, yet he was still blessed and invincible.
He penned:
“You know how many people I have given a platform and when they made it , they switched on me but I’m still here and still being blessed by God … I’m unstoppable… I am from kaduna with Edo in my blood … I am Martina’s son “
In response to the post, an X user known as @aurora94212924 took issue with it, accusing Skales of turning on Wizkid and making friends with his adversaries merely to upset the Grammy winner.
The X user claimed:
“You switched on wiz too, became friends with his enemies so as to spite him…. Forever an underdog Werey.”
Responding to the netizen, he disclosed that despite their time together at Empire Mates Entertainment (EME), where they collaborated on songs, they were never friends.
Skales made it clear that he never switched on Wizkid, but rather, Wizkid doesn’t like him.
“I never ever switched on him … he doesn’t like me … we were never close friends either but eme members … so rest,”Skales clarified.
