Afrobeats artist Abiola Ahmed Akinbiyi, also recognised as Bella Shmurda, has shared his apprehensions regarding his fear of potential collaboration with the contentious vocalist Habeeb Okikiola, also known as Portable.

Bella Shmurda claimed that he and Portable would have a great musical relationship, but due to the controversial nature of the “Zazuu” crooner, he is hesitant to work with him.

The crooner of “Cash App,” in a recent interview with Max FM, stated he is not prepared for Portable’s “wahala.” According to Bella Shmurda:

“I feel me and Portable will blend on a song but I am not ready for wahala [problem] right now.”

Portable has been embroiled in controversies since gaining prominence with his hit song ‘Zazuu’ in 2021.

His current incident involves an online dispute with rappers Zlatan Ibile and Davido. He accused Ibile of damaging his friendship with DMW chairman and the former of offering him “bad advice” during their recent meal in the United States.

In other news, the contentious singer Portable described how he managed to get his freedom following a recent police arrest.

The singer acknowledged that he got lucky and was appreciative that a fan intervened, even though he didn’t go into detail about why he was detained after his diss recordings.

Speaking in Yoruba during a live session on his social media platform, Portable reflected on the incident, stressing the need for forgiveness amidst conflicts. He expressed gratitude for the intervention that prevented his transfer to Abuja.

Portable stated that the Lagos IGP is a fan of his and after pleading and crying profusely, he was released.
