Nollywood Actor Bolanle Ninalowo has talked about his connection with his daughter Aliyah and how he permitted her to have a navel piercing.
The film producer revealed that he wasn’t comfortable with his daughter’s wish to get her tongue pierced at the age of 18.
In an interview with VJ Adams, the actor recalled that as a child, he lacked the courage to tell his father that he wanted to keep his beard and discuss a deeper topic.
However, According to Bolanle Ninalowo, he recognized that his daughter’s demand was prompted by several of her classmates who had tongue piercings.
After Ninalowo rejected his daughter’s desire to pierce her tongue, she came up with another request, to pierce her navel.
At this point, he permitted her because the navel ring could be removed. In addition, he wanted to connect with his daughter and assure her that he would always be there for her. To show good faith, Bolanle Ninalowo said he personally drove her to get her navel pierced and paid for it.
