Bayelsa State-born music artiste, Timaya and actress Empress Njamah were talk of the town on account of the love they presumably had for each other.
Then, Timaya and Empress were so smitten, it was as if they could do no wrong.
The harmony in their love song left and the love they once professed for each other could not be found.
At that time nine years ago, Timaya withdrew the car gift he gave Empress when they broke up.
In a new interview, Timaya has revealed why he withdrew the car gift from her.
“Before we broke up, she wanted me to get her a Murano…I gave her money to get [that] car. Then, a girl bought me a Honda Pilot for my birthday, just a fan. No string attached yet. I didn’t want it, but one of my boys was like, ‘it’s a gift’, and I was like, ‘ok.’[Empress] took the car and was driving it, but she didn’t know it was a gift. Then, we broke up.”
