The well-known Nigerian rapper Ice Prince, real name Panshak Zamani, has made it clear that he will never stage a publicity stunt to promote his music.

The 37-year-old hip-hop artist stated on his X page that creating quality music is his main priority.

Ice Prince says he prays to God to keep him away from individuals who have “desperate ideas” and from stupid things like that.

He wrote:

“I can never do some dvmb sh*t so you can check out my music! My biggest prayer is that God keep us away from dvmb ish.

“May God keep us far away from people with desperate ideas… Nothing but Music on this side !! I dey Rap, I dey sing and I dey come mc.”

Recall that in November 2023, Nigerian singer Oladipupo Oladimeji, also known as Oladips was accused of pulling a death stunt to promote his upcoming album.

On November 11 the rapper was said to have died following a health issue he had allegedly been battling with for months.

On Thursday, November 23, Oladips confirmed he is very much alive and deleted the post made by his management that he passed on.

He posted a new video on his Instagram page of himself grooving to a song off his upcoming album, Superhero Adugbo.

Oladips, who usually had neck-length dreadlocks, was spotted with his head shorn, having shaved clean.
On several instances, Oladips refuted the idea that he would use a death song to advertise his music. The rapper’s assistant stated that the musician was awakened following multiple rituals, but he had died for three days.
