Self-proclaimed Wene Mighty, Duncan Mighty has opened up on his collaborations with Wizkid and Tiwa Savage.
The Afro-pop singer fondly called Port Harcourt’s first son said his collaboration with Wizkid is not the usual collaboration that happens between artistes in the Nigerian music industry.
Speaking in a chat with TheNetng, he said: “I always tell everybody that producing a song with Wizkid is not like the usual music business where two artistes come together to do business or those who just want to know you for the music sake.
“There are few artistes who are like family to me- most of these collaborations are not collaborations where your management needs to go see each other. It’s about visualising the magic which the artiste can bring to the song, and I [only] told Wizzy, “Mehn, this song, na only your voice I dey hear inside the song.”
The ‘Obianuju’ singer also rained praises on Twa Savage, adding that she is the best in the game.
“Tiwa Savage is the best in the game. This collaboration is the best after I had fake love, I have had several collaborations after Fake Love but I am so proud of this one. Tiwa gave her best shot at this. It’s a big song and I want to say a big thank you to Tiwa- she deserves billions of accolades”.
