Rapper Omoniyi Raphael, popularly known as Zlatan Ibile, is tying the knot with his longtime partner, Davita, in Lagos.
The wedding, tagged #DTTheUnion, is underway and has become one of the major entertainment events attracting attention this weekend.
Earlier on Saturday, the couple shared pre-wedding photos on Instagram, showing them dressed in elaborate Benin traditional outfits adorned with coral beads.
The singer wore a white traditional outfit with red bead trimmings and coral necklaces, while Davita stunned in a deep red beaded off-shoulder gown with a matching headpiece.
The singer announced the October 8 date in a “Save the Date” video narrated by their son, who said, “When I think about love, I think about my mommy and daddy.”
Zlatan and Davita have two sons, Toluwalase, born in 2020, and Benaiah, born in 2024.
The couple reportedly held a private civil wedding ceremony before their public celebration on Saturday.
The ceremony has drawn a star-studded guest list.
