The leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has named former House of Representatives Speaker Yakubu Dogara as the chairman of a five-man screening committee for aspirants in the Ondo State governorship election.

Rev. Bunmi Jenyo will serve as secretary. Other members of the committee are Sen. Zainab Kure, Mr. Fred Agbedi and Mr. Ndubuisi Agwuama.
According to a statement by the National Organising Secretary of the PDP, Col. Austin Akobundu, the screening is scheduled to hold today at the party’s Abuja secretariat at 10am.
