Authorities of Imeko-Afon Local Government Area of Ogun State says it is ready to explore other avenues towards boosting its internally general revenue (IGR).
The Council stated that this decision was taken with a view to keying into the diversification of the economy from crude oil to agriculture.
The Council Chairman, Hon .Tosin Adeluyi, disclosed this during the visit of the State House of Assembly Committee on Local Government at the weekend.
