The National Association of Community Pharmacists in Nigeria (NACPN) has donated N1million to support the campaign of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.
It said the financial support was to boost the governor’s campaign.
NACPN National Chairman Dr. Sam Adekola, who presented the money to the governor in Akure, said the body believed in continuity.
Adekola said Akeredolu had performed beyond expectations and should be re-elected.
He said NACPN members were in the state for a delegate conference meeting and were impressed by the developmental strides of the governor.
Adekola said: “We are giving this money to support your campaign. We know you have worked well for this state.
“Ondo people love Governor Akeredolu, we support him. He will win the election with a wide margin.”
The governor thanked NACPN for supporting him.
He promised to fulfil his campaign promises.
