Bell peppers cut into strips
Green peppers cut into strips
Blended gloves of garlic
Chopped bulbs of onions
Blended ginger
Yellow peppers cut into strips

Carrots diced
Olive oil/ vegetable oil
Spaghetti pasta
Salt to taste
Seasoning cubes
Soy sauce

COOKING DIRECTIONS
Add clean water to a pot, add oil and leave to heat up.
Add the spaghetti and leave to boil for about 10 minutes.
Make sure the spaghetti is not overcooked, drain and rinse with cold water and keep aside.
In a non-stick pan, add olive oil or vegetable oil to the pan.
Once the oil starts to sizzle (under medium heat), add in all of the chopped, blended and diced vegetables.
Stir, to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Add the soy sauce and the remaining seasonings.
Cook on low heat for 5 to 8minutes.
Finally, add the already drained spaghetti into the pan and begin to mix till there is a perfect blend of the vegetables.
Turn off the heat.
